I'm so sorry for your loss. May you find comfort from your memories, as well as the comfort found in God’s word the bible. In the face of such tragedy, many wonder why God allows such suffering. In the bible, Romans 5:12 says, "That is why, just as through one man (Adam) sin entered into the world and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men because they had all sinned." How loving of God to promise what is found at Revelation 21:4 which says, “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”

Bud was my partner on the saw in the box shop. He played Santa Claus 3 different times for me and my family. He was such a good guy. I would have worked with him on the saw longer but there was always someone with more seniority but when I got my chance to go with him I went. I will always remember Bud.

I am so sorry to read about your loss. The Bible speaks about “times and unforeseen events” and I truly believe that that is one of those. It’s such an unfortunate event that affects everyone and requires some level of comfort. My deepest sympathies are with your family and may you find comfort in the one person that can provide it. (2 Corinthians 1: 3,4) And know that he promises that soon “death, mourning, outcry, nor pain” will be any more. (Revelations 21: 3,4)
