I'm so sorry for your loss. May you find comfort from your memories, as well as the comfort found in God’s word the bible. In the face of such tragedy, many wonder why God allows such suffering. In the bible, Romans 5:12 says, "That is why, just as through one man (Adam) sin entered into the world and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men because they had all sinned." How loving of God to promise what is found at Revelation 21:4 which says, “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”

My deepest sympathies over the loss of Gladys. No person can ever prepare themselves for the feelings of loss that can come when our loved ones leave us. Please know that these feelings are temporary and will soon be replaced with wonderful and happy memories. The comfort from the scriptures can help during this difficult time. John 5:28,29 "for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life". Knowing that we can see our loved ones again in a future paradise free from the effects of ill health and suffering certainly warms our heart. Please accept my deepest sympathies. Dave
