Bernadine "Bonnie" Virginia (McClain) Snider

Bernadine “Bonnie” Virginia (Shreves) Snider, age 93, of Wallace, WV, passed away on Sunday, January 7, 2018 at her residence. She was born March 31, 1924 in Doddridge County, WV; the daughter of the late Londo McClain and Rosalee (Nicholson) McClain.

Bonnie is survived by her three daughters,

Sandra Harbert, Barbara “Cookie” Morgan, Kathy Shreves;  a son, Arlos Kenneth “Sonny” Shreves, Jr.; step-son, Jeff Snider; twelve grandchildren, Denise Baker, Kevin Koontz, Crystal Beverly, Chad Morgan, Vanessa Morgan, Andrea Murshkin, Russell Majkowski, Michelle Gifford, Brian Shreves, Justin Shreves, Brandon, Shreves and Amber Shreves; several great grandchildren and great great-grandchildren; a sister, Phyllis Randolph.

In addition to her parents, Bonnie was preceded in death by her first husband, Arlos Kenneth Shreves and her second husband, Charles Edward Snider;  daughter, Tonya Majkowski ; three  brothers, Londo McClain, Jr, Lloyd McClain and Rexal McClain; two sisters, Trannice Hall and Wanda Hennings. 

Bonnie retired after 27 years of service from Continental Can, Anchor Hocking and Brockway Hazel Atlas. She attended Little Rock Camp Baptist Church.  Bonnie loved to crochet and loved her flower garden. She was the best cook in the world and loved taking care of her family.

Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home, 124 Olen Thomas Dr., Clarksburg, on Thursday, January 11, 2018 from 10:00am until time of service of 1:00pm.  Interment will follow at Stonewall Park Cemetery.
