Wanting to send my Condolences to Tim, Lisa and family. We were neighbors way back I believe in the 70's. My parents were Stanley and Charlotte Chipps. Bernadine was always so nice to us all. My mom would still call your mom before she passed away this past April. I ran into her at Rosebud Plaza, it was as if time stood still for her. We were able to reminence for a while... it was always nice talking to Bernadine. She loved Tim and his family so much, spoke of them radiately, and with love. I am sorry I was unable to get to the funeral home. She is was so sweet, when my mom passed away. Apologizing for not getting to the funeral home . But we were able to talk on the phone, and she invited us to come visit her, and sit on her front porch and have ice
