Nancy and my Mom (Ruth Ann Starkey) worked together at the phone company for years and were very good friends. I've known Nancy since I was a little girl and she was so kind to me and always had a way of making me laugh. Whenever she and my Mom were together, it was instant entertainment for all. I'm sure she and my Mom are catching up at this very moment and have the angels in stitches! Rest in Peace, Nancy.
