John Marshall Puddister, age 62, of Lost Creek, WV passed away at his residence on Monday, February 23, 2015. He was born November 25, 1952 in Washington D.C, the son of Evelyn (Simmons) Puddister of Mississippi and the late John Leo Puddister.
John is survived by his wife of 27 years, Pamela M. (Krug) Puddister of Lost Creek, WV; a son Jonathan Puddister of Jane Lew, WV; a daughter, Jessica Puddister of Lost Creek, WV; a sister, Ann Puddister of Allen, TX; two brothers, Michael & Mimi Puddister of Natchez, MS and David & Laura Puddister of Aberdeen, MS; father-in-law & mother-in-law, Leonard & Dolores Krug of Ashville, PA; two brother-in-law, Brian & Sandra Krug of Ashville, PA and Rodney Krug of Ashville, PA; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephew.
John retired from the F.B.I after 37 years of service as a Supervisory Legal Instrument Examiner. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. John loved to go golfing, fishing, watching sports and spending time with his family.
Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home, Rt. 98 Clarksburg/Nutter Fort, on Thursday February 26, 2015 from 2:00 - 8:00 pm, where a Prayer Service will be held at 7:30 pm. A Catholic Funeral Liturgy will be held on Friday, February 27, 2015 at 10:00am at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Father Casey Mahone, as Celebrant.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Peoples Hospice, 327 Medical Park Drive, Bridgeport, WV 26330 and the American Cancer Society, 122 S. High Street, Morgantown, WV 26501.
