I was living in Fort Lauderdale and came home for a visit.while driving up Pike St. I saw a beautiful boy and almost wrecked my car when my friend hit me and said are you crazy? That is Bernice Cottrell baby brother. I wanted to die. We laughed. He did come over and we had a nice visit. He kept saying Bernice would love this apartment. It is all done in The Beatles memorabilia. Love u guys. Have good memories. So sorry. He was a beautiful person. Love Joann Loretta

Dear Bernice and Denice, I was so saddened to hear of your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you always. Scotty was such a precious person and will be missed by all who knew him. To get you through this most difficult time, remember the love and devotion your Mother had for her children and grandchildren. Her elegance, poise, charm, and love of family continues today through you. Love, ChristineFor each thorn, there's a rosebud... For each twilight a€" a dawn... For each trial a€" the strength to carry on,For each storm cloud a€" a rainbow... For each shadow a€" the sun... For each parting a€" sweet memories when sorrow is done.... . Ralph Waldo Emerson

Scott was one of my first husband's dearest friends. He was constantly at our tiny apartment while we were married. I loved him dearly and I'm so glad we reconnected in September. He will forever be a bright spot in my memory of that time in my life and I will always cherish our friendship.
