Yvonne "Doris" (Criner) Wanstreet

Yvonne “Doris” Wanstreet, 95, of Bridgeport, WV passed away on Sunday, November 14, 2021 at Clarksburg Nursing and Rehab. She was born February 27, 1926 in Clarksburg, WV, the daughter of the late Eugene Louis and Pearl Georgia (McIntyre) Criner.

Doris worked at Clarksburg Casket Company. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church where she enjoyed singing in the choir.

Doris is survived by two sons, Tim Wanstreet and his wife, Janet of Bridgeport, WV and Rick Wanstreet and his wife, Pat of Charleston, SC; a daughter, Tina Martino and her husband, Steve of Wellsburg, WV; seven grandchildren, Andrea Wanstreet of Morgantown, WV; Tina Wanstreet of Morgantown, WV; Stephanie Tidd and her husband Steve of Clarksburg, WV; Nicholas Martino and his wife, Susan of Charleston, WV; Nathan Martino and his wife, Meaghan of Washington, DC; James Cameron Wanstreet and his wife, Lindsay of James Island, SC; Payton Sinclair and his partner, Ann Olsen of Tampa Fl.; seven great grandchildren, Giana, Julia, Alexis, Maddox, James Greyson, Emery Cruz, and Addison James; one brother, Gerald Criner of Clarksburg WV; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Doris was preceded in death by her husband James Wayne Wanstreet on January 31, 2016; two brothers, Eugene “Buddy” Joseph Criner and Robert “Bobby” Louis Criner.
