Yvonne Tammy Marie (Hall) Strahin

Yvonne Tammy Marie Strahin, 39, of Philippi, passed away on Sunday, April 11, 2021, at her mother’s residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born on October 24, 1981 in Clarksburg, the daughter of Cecil Glenn Hall, Lost Creek and Pauletta Elizabeth Stuart Hall Null and husband Joseph, Philippi.

Yvonne graduated from Bridgeport High School, Class of 2000. She had worked at TGI Fridays, Fashion Bug and Christopher & Banks. Her favorite thing was being a homemaker and full-time mommy to Austin and Aubrey. Her hobbies were painting, singing, gardening, and baking.    

In addition to her parents, Yvonne is survived by her loving husband, Daniel Ray Strahin whom she married on December 1, 2012; two children, Austin James Strahin and Aubrey Joy Strahin both at home; one brother, Joseph Glenn Hall, Clarksburg; stepbrother, Randy Hall and Karla, Buckhannon maternal grandfather, Paul A Stuart, Philippi; father-in-law and mother-in-law, James Albert  and Willa Rose Moore Strahin, Philippi; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Yvonne was preceded in death by her sister, Elizabeth “Becky” Hall; maternal grandmother, Barbara J Maynor Stuart; paternal grandparents, Harry Hall and Joann Young Hall.

Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home, 124 Olen Thomas Drive, Clarksburg, WV 26301, on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 from 4:00PM-8:00 PM. A funeral service will be held at Davis Funeral Home on Thursday, April 15, 2021 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Howard Swick officiating. Interment will follow at Green Hill Cemetery in Barbour County.
