William “Bill” David Wagner, 54, of Flemington passed away June 10, 2020 at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital. He was born November 9, 1965 in Clarksburg, son of the late John Emmanuel Wagner IV and Irmi Weikard Montgomery of Hagerstown, MD.
Bill graduated from Washington Irving High School, Class of 1983. He retired from the Federal Bureau of Prisons as a Captain at FCI Gilmer.
In addition to his mother, Bill is survived by his wife, Christy Lea Stump Wagner whom he married in 2002; four children, Emily Michelle Wagner of Cumberland, MD, Jared Jackson and wife Dirle of Raleigh, NC, Terri Brianne Lambert and husband Chad of Keyser, Zachary Seth Camden and wife Rachel of Morgantown; three grandchildren, Damian, Kiara, and Cooper; two brothers, Thomas Wagner, Morgantown, and Ryan Montgomery, Boulder, CO; mother-in-law, Marie Lyndell Stump, Harrisonburg, VA; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
In addition to his father, Bill was preceded in death by his two brothers, James “Jimmy” Edward Wagner and Steven Michael Wagner; step mother, Lois A. Dobson Wagner; father-in-law, Charles Samuel Stump Jr.
