William “Bill” Ralph Kidd, 71, of Bridgeport, passed away on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at his residence with his family by his side. He was born September 21, 1950 in Clarksburg, WV, the son of the late Bernard Paul and Ruth Bennett Kidd.

Bill is survived by his companion of over forty years, Joyce Ann Nuzum; one daughter, Kristen Renee Reiter and husband John of Myrtle Beach, SC; four grandchildren, Taylor McMillion, Connor Nuzum, Brianna Reiter and Brooklynn Reiter; one great grandchild, Oaklynn Harless; one sister, Karen “Susie” Kidd of Clarksburg; two brothers, Jim Kidd of Jane Lew and David Kidd and wife Doris of Clarksburg.

Bill is a 1969 graduate from Roosevelt Wilson High School. He worked over twenty years as a glass cutter for Forco Glass factory. His hobbies were hunting, fishing, and being outdoors. Bill was very observant and got a kick out of watching people.

A private graveside service will be held at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
