William "Bill" Gill

William “Bill” Gill, 72, of Clarksburg, passed away on Sunday, June 8, 2025 at Mon General Hospital in Morgantown. He was born on January 15, 1953 in Dennison, OH a son of the late William Clayton Gill and Mary Fox Gill Spence.

William served his country in the United States Army. He was a handyman.  William enjoyed being outdoors, going to flea markets, collecting and selling antiques, playing guitar and singing, eating seafood and spending time with his family, friends and grandchildren.  

William is survived by his wife Stacey Lynn Rohn Gill; four children; two stepchildren; several grandchildren and step grandchildren; four brothers, Robert Andrews (Debra), Salem, Tom Gill, Clarksburg, David Gill, Grafton, Charles Gill, NC; one sister Mary G Garrison, Clarksburg; several nieces and nephews.  

In addition to his parents, William was preceded in death by his sister, Sharon Watson; four brothers, John Gill, Ronnie Gill, Donnie Gill, and Kevin Gill.
