William “Bradley” Lipscomb, 66 of Clarksburg passed away on Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at his residence with family by his side. He was born on October 21, 1956 in Clarksburg, son of the late Henry and Ethel Bell Richards Lipscomb.
Bradley graduated from Flemington High School, Class of 1976. He was a welder last working for Harrison Conveyor for over twenty years. He enjoyed working on cars, building hot rods and do full autobody repairs. He also liked listening to music, gardening, and loved spending time with his family.
Bradley is survived by his wife of forty-six years, Karen Sue McGary Lipscomb whom is married on June 12, 1976; three sons, William Henry Lipscomb and Jennifer, Clarksburg, James Eddie Lipscomb and Sarah, Mount Clare, John Curtis Lipscomb and Cyndi, Clarksburg; eight grandchildren, William “Andy” Haley, James Jr “J.J” and Karen, Abigail, David, Chris, Alexandrea, and Austin; four great grandchildren, Isaac, Nevaeh, Ida, Brendalynn and one on the way; siblings, Shirley Marks, Flemington, Bernard Lipscomb and Glenda, Flemington, Sharon Gill and Jim, Dayton, VA, Patricia Rogers, Locust Grove, VA, Henry “Eugene” Lipscomb and Shirley, Riley Springs, VA; Curtis Lipscomb and Lori, Flemington; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Bradley was preceded in death by his daughter, Jessica Bella Williams; siblings, Catherine Geraldine Riblett, Francine Lipscomb, Raymond Lipscomb, Garland Lee Lipscomb, and Leoma Carlyle.
Family and friends will be received at the Davis Funeral Home, Sunday, March 19, 2023 from 12:00 Noon until the time of the funeral service at 4:00PM with Pastor Bryant Bailey officiating.
