Virgil “Jack” Eugene Fornash, 79 of Clarksburg passed away on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at United Hospital Center. He was born March 31, 1943 in Clarksburg, West Virginia.

Virgil was a Mechanic for Engine Rebuilder.

Virgil is survived by two children; one grandson; two great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Virgil is preceded in death by three siblings.
