Thomas Phillips Obituary

Thomas Jefferson Phillips, 95, of Belington passed away Sunday, November 7, 2021 at Stonerise Clarksburg. He was born June 30, 1926 in Philippi, WV, son of the late William B and Sarah Ann Kittle Phillips.

Thomas served his county in the Korean War in the United States Army. He loved to collect instruments, go fishing and listen to music.

Thomas is survived by three children, Charles “Charlie” Phillips of Philippi, Tom Phillips of CA and Mary Ann Johnson of Belington; one grandchild; three great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Thomas was preceded in death by his wife, Marie Prushell Phillips; one daughter, Linda Helen Phillips.
