Susie “Susie Sunshine” Stout

Susie Stout, 56, of Fairmont, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, July 3, 2025. She was born on April 5, 1969, in Taipei, Taiwan.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 16 years, Kendall Stout, whom she married on April 3, 2009; her four beloved children: Thomas James Betcher of Colorado Springs, CO, Cassidy Noel Betcher and Dylan Jay Stout, both of Fairmont, and Christine Mare Warner of Baltimore, MD; and her cherished grand dogs: Lilah, Wicky, Chewbacca, and Gizmo.

Susie was a graduate of Palmerton Area High School and a dedicated homemaker. She had a passion for cooking and loved going out to eat, but above all, she treasured time with her family. Her husband and children were the center of her world.

Known affectionately as “Susie Sunshine,” she lit up every room she entered and made friends wherever she went. Her warmth, kindness, and joyful spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
