Sherry Lynn (Arnett) Stansberry

Sherry Lynn Arnett Stansberry, 82 of Clarksburg passed away on Friday, February 5, 2021 at United Hospital Center.  She was born September 8, 1938 in Ritchie County, daughter of the late Clyde William and Opal Metalee Delancey Arnett.  

Sherry graduated from Victory High School. She retired as a supervisor for the state of WV after fifty-four years of service with the Division of Rehabilitation Services, DDS. She loved animals and would support the local humane society.  

Sherry is survived by two grandchildren, Sarah Elizabeth Cook and Shawn, Fenton, MI, Caleb Christopher Stansberry, Wilmington, NC; one great-grandson, Owen Cook; one brother, Steven Lewis Arnett and Carole, Harrisville.

Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home 124 Olen Thomas Drive, Clarksburg, WV 26301 on Thursday, February 11, 2021 from 10:00 AM until time of the Funeral Service at 12:00 Noon with Reverend Richard Settles Officiating.
