Ronald “Ron” Alan Satterfield, 73 of Fairmont, WV passed away on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at his residence with family by his side. He was born on May 29, 1948 in Fairmont, son of the late Russell Fleming and Geraldine Lee Mondell Satterfield.

Ron graduated from East Fairmont High School, Class of 1966. He had worked at Consol Energy as a shop mechanic at the Central Repair Shop for several years. He enjoyed hunting, riding his motorcycle, camping, being outdoors and tinkering on anything that needed fixed.

He is survived by his two children, Chad Alan Satterfield, Fairmont, Kelsey Lois Kyer and husband David, Webster Springs; one grandson, Levi Edward Kyer and companion Tori Kinty; one great granddaughter, Eliza Rose Kyer; one brother, Russell Satterfield and wife Sharon, Clarksburg.
