Robyn Smith, born October 1, 1957, passed away February 28th, 2026. She was born in Wilmington, DE, Robyn recently settled in West Virginia, where she found peace in the mountains. She is survived by her beloved Goddaughter Doris Earnshaw and grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Regina Arlene Miller, her father’s Robert Miller and William Stewart, her late husband’s Harry Smith and Donald Zack, and her Godson Erick Dunfee.
Robyn was a free spirit who loved life, the open road, and the simple joys of being on the move. She cared deeply for friends, her animals, and her garden, always bringing joy with her cooking and passion for nature. From bus driving to charter buses, ponies, and finally tractor-trailers, Robyn journeyed far and wide, always with a Grateful Dead song playing in her heart.
To all who knew her, this is a tremendous loss. She will be deeply missed, and she leaves us with the saying “ oh baby knees an elbows.”
In honoring Robyn wishes, she will be cremated. Condolences and memories online at www.davisfuneralhomewv.com. Davis Funeral Home is honored to serve the Smith family.
