Robert “Delmar” Kilby, 42, of Fairmont passed away on February 11, 2021 at United Hospital Center with his wife by his side.

Delmar was born March 14, 1978 in Jacksonville, FL, son of William Harrell and Diane Elaine Mullis Kilby of Callahan, FL.

Delmar graduated from West Nassau High School and received his associate’s degree from I.T.T Tech. He was working as a directional driller with Scientific Drilling. He loved his family time and was proud of his two sons. He also enjoyed anything technology.

In addition to his parents, Delmar is survived by his wife, Brandy Jo Dozier Kilby whom he married November 22, 2000; two children, Gabriel Sebastian Kilby and Noah Alexander Kilby; one sister, Kristy Y Shuman of Callahan, FL and her two children; Macy and Colby; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Danielle Hill and John Lewis, Jacksonville, FL and their two children, Avery and Savannah; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
