Richard "Dick" Tracy Gray

Richard “Dick” Tracy Gray, 77, of Clarksburg passed away on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at home with family by his side. He was born September 6, 1943 in Clarksburg, son of the late James Tracy and Betty Jean Hurst Gray.

Dick graduated from Bristol High School, Class of 1961. He retired from CSX railroad. His hobbies were camping, boating, gardening and doing crafts. He loved spending time with his grandchildren 

Dick is survived by two children, Richard Tracy Gray II and Mary, Fort Myers, FL, Tasha Ellen LaPointe and Shaun, Clarksburg; three grandchildren, Bristol Jean Gray, Jakob Tracy Gray and Lucy Jean Gray; one great grandson, Asher Aundra Tracy Reynolds; one sister, Roxie Jones and Melvin, Bridgeport and their children, Tim Jones and Lisa, Tammy DeMick and James, Scott Jones and Christy; several great nieces and nephews, and his four legged companion, Lucky.

In addition to his parents, Dick was preceded in death by his wife Mary Ellen Campbell Gray on July 11, 1999; and one brother, Randall Gray.  

Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home, 124 Olen Thomas Dr., Clarksburg, on Saturday, September 19, 2020 from 10:00 AM until the time of the Funeral service at 12:00 Noon with Pastor Jim Hurst officiating.
