Richard Lee Yeager, Jr.

Richard Lee Yeager, Jr. 46 of Clarksburg, passed away on Sunday, October 15, 2023.  He was born on July 12, 1977 in Clarksburg a son of the late Richard Lee Yeager, Sr. and Marguerita Walters Manley and her husband Vincent of Clarksburg.

He is survived by his fiancée, Jennifer Steel of Clarksburg; two daughters, Makhayla Yeager and Makenzie Yeager; six stepchildren, Megan Ash, Deanna Ash, Mhalia Genteel, Michael Nice and Mick Nice and Dustin Nice; one grandson, Mason Doctor; and one sister, Mary Frances Yeager; one niece Kailie Barnett.

In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by one sister, Barbara Kay Yeager; and his maternal grandparents, John Francis Walters and Mary Ann Walters.

Richard was a 1997 graduate of RCB High School and he worked as a handy man in the construction industry.  He enjoyed woodworking, listening to music, working outside and fishing.  He was an avid WVU fan as well as a wrestling fan.

Family and friends will be received at the Davis Funeral Home, 124 Olen Thomas Drive, Route 98, Clarksburg on Sunday, October 22, 2023 from 1:00-5:00 PM.
