Phillip “Gator” Edward Moore, 45, of Clarksburg, passed away on Monday, October 21, 2024. He was born on November 28, 1978 in Charleston, a son of Lewy Moore and Judy Dooley Moore.
He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Michelle Carden Moore, whom he married on March 30, 2005; two daughters, Alexis Moore and Abygail Moore, both at home; three brothers, Michael Moore and wife Mary Anne, John Moore, and Timothy Moore and wife Jan; his biological father, Glen “Dicky” Cox and wife Robin; their children, Christina Cox, Glen Cox and Jennifer Grabill; He was preceded in death by his biological mother, Glenda Mobley and he is survived by her son John Mobley; and several nieces and nephews.
Gator was a graduate of Winfield High School, class of 1996. He was employed as a Truck Driver with Paschall Truck Lines for 7 years. He was an avid online gamer, playing Call Of Duty with his online friends. He also enjoyed wrestling and football, especially the San Francisco 49ers.
Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home, 124 Olen Thomas Dr., Clarksburg, on Monday, October 28, 2024 from 3-6 PM where funeral services will be held at 6:00 PM with Reverend Carl Radcliff presiding.
