Paul R. Mancuso, 93 of Clarksburg, WV passed away on November 28, 2024. He was born on April 3, 1931 and was the son of the late Mary Brunetti Mancuso and Frank Mancuso. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 66 years, brothers John, Sam, Tony and Joe Mancuso and four sisters, Angeline Martino, Rose Marcurella, Virginia Jeffrey and Sarah Utzie.
Paul is survived by his three children. Tina Wood and husband Vince, Paul Mancuso, Jr. and wife Janet, and Alison Sommerville and husband Scottie. Ten grandchildren, Nicholas Mancuso and wife Samantha, Megan Gaskins and husband Jake, Christopher Mancuso and wife Lindsey, Noah Mancuso and partner Graham Booth, Laken Mancuso, Layla Mancuso, Andrew Wood, Haley Lehosit and husband Kyle and bonus grandchildren Sean Wood and wife Bridget, Benjamin Wood and wife Lynnea. Seven great grandchildren, Presley Lehosit, Archer Lehosit, Agostino Mancuso, Gianluca Mancuso, Mia Gaskins, Reya Gaskins and bonus great grandchild Chloe Wood. He was a graduate of Roosevelt Wilson High School. Paul served in the Korean War 1950 – 1953 and was stationed in Germany.
Paul married Theresa Marie Ware on September 3, 1956. Paul and his wife were faithful members of the Immaculate Conception Church where he volunteered at Funeral Masses and Bingo. He was also a member of the Knights of Colombus. They had many wonderful adventures together which included going to dances, hosting holidays, and traveling by themselves as well as with friends and family members. Together they lived a life full of laughter and joy.
Paul retired from the Fouro Glass Factory Company. He attended Barber School in Huntington, WV and had a Barber Shop in Broad Oaks. Paul was a quiet man with a wonderful sense of humor. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather who valued time with his family. He loved telling stories of his time in the service and his adventures as a jeep driver for his Company. He also enjoyed sharing stories about his younger years working in Baltimore. Paul could fix anything that didn’t work or was broken. He was a man of honor and the kindest person one could know. He will be greatly missed.
The family would like to thank WVU Hospice, Visiting Angels, The Veterans Administration, The Veterans Nursing Facility, Taylor Healthcare Center, home caregivers, nurses and aides, as well as all the family, friends and neighbors who helped care and support our amazing father during this difficult time.

Family and friends will be received at the Davis Funeral Home, Thursday, December 5, 2024 from 4-7:00PM with a prayer service beginning at 6:30PM. A Catholic Funeral Liturgy will be held at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church on Friday, December 6, 2024 at 10:00AM with Father Casey Mahone as celebrant.
