Patricia Ann (Phares) Griffith

Patricia Ann Griffith, 69 of Clarksburg passed away on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at the residence of her sisters with family by her side.  She was born November 12, 1950 in Clarksburg, daughter of the late Thomas Joe Phares and Rosa Lee Buffy Phares Moran.  

Patricia was a homemaker.  She enjoyed dancing, listening to oldies, playing bingo, vacationing with family, going to Audra State Park and being outdoors.  She loved the family time and grandchildren. 

Patricia is survived by her husband, Larry Glenn Griffith Sr; four children, Larry Glenn Griffith Jr, Tina Michelle Paugh, Sherri Jo Griffith, Matthew Wayne Griffith all of Clarksburg; twelve grandchildren, Brittany, Amber, Michelle, Heather, Katlyn, Joey, Andrew, Christopher, Jessica, Kelsi, Alisha and Rosie; seventeen great grandchildren; nine siblings, Ronald Phares and Patricia,     Waynesburg, OH,  Sandra Jo Phares, Clarksburg, Sherri Gallo and Michael, Reynoldsville, Nancy Griffith and Tim, Clarksburg, Johnnie Harris, Clarksburg and Joseph Tennant, Clarksburg, Joby Phares, Jason Phares and Shawna Layton all of Clarksburg; numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Felicia Moran, son-in-law, Joey Paugh; stepfather, Charles Clyde Moran.

Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home, 124 Olen Thomas Drive, Clarksburg on Sunday, June 28, 2020 from 12Noon-6PM, with proper distancing and face mask preferred. A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, June 29, 2020 at 11:00AM at Holy Cross Cemetery with Pastor Peggy Williams officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to her Funeral Care Fund on her memorial page.
