Melissa Dianne Haire, 52, of Salem, passed away on Wednesday, September 25, 2024. She was born on December 17, 1971 in Albany, GA, a daughter of Jacqueline Haire Church of Alpharetta, GA.

Melissa was a homemaker. She collected antique Egyptian artifacts. Melissa enjoyed listening to music, watching movies and loved spending time with her family and animals.

In addition to her mother, Melissa is survived by her companion of 33 years, Anthony Lee Swiger, Salem; two sons, Michael Benjamin Wilson (Ashley Guthrie) Gainesville, GA, Justin Donovan Swiger (Erica Butler), Clarksburg; four grandchildren, Emily, Millie, Kara, and Aria.
