Mary Katherine DeMicco

Mary Katherine DeMicco, born September 10, 1939, passed away peacefully, on December 31, 2025 surrounded by family and love.

She was the beloved daughter of the late Rose Romano and Peter Romano and a loving sister to her brother Joe Romano and sister Diana Romano. She was preceded in death by her sister Judy Romano.

Mary met the love of her life, Anthony DeMicco, in 1955, and they were married on September 29, 1958. Together, they shared a lifetime of love, laughter, and dedication to family.

A wonderful cook and faithful housewife, Mary was a proud mother of four daughters: Anna DeMicco Flowers ( John Flowers), Donna DeMicco, the late Barbara DeMicco Mills  (David Mills), and Lisa DeMicco Moses. She especially cherished her role as a grandmother and was known for her fun-loving spirit, kindness, and sense of humor. Her seven grandchildren—Major Flowers, Caitlyn Moses, Madison Flowers, Christopher Moses, Veona Mills, Cory Mills, and Carly Moses—brought her immeasurable joy. She was also blessed with three great-grandchildren: Adalynn, Ardynn, and Little Anthony.

Mary will be remembered for her warmth, her love of family, and the laughter and happiness she shared with all who knew her.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
