Marion Lois Post, 78, of Nutter Fort, passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2022 at her home. She was born on February 19, 1944 in Clairton, PA a daughter of the late Bruno Decima and Mary Hughes Decima.
She was preceded in death by her husband James “Bill” Post, who passed away on Saturday, March 10, 2018.
Marion is survived by her daughter Diana Schindler and her husband Kenny of Lost Creek; grandchildren, Kenny Schindler, II, Ashlea Bennett and her husband Brent; nine great grandchildren, Makayla Schindler, Gabriel Schindler, Carl Schindler, Adam Watson, Caleb Schindler, Kaylea Bennett, Chole Schindler, Brenton Bennett, Cohen Bennett; one brother Earl Decima and a sister Gail Tullius.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by one brother, Neil Decima; and one granddaughter Nicole Schindler.
Marion was a graduate of Clairton High School in Pennsylvania and she worked as a secretary in Cleveland, OH. She was active in Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary 2353 in Clarksburg, where she once served as Madam President. She enjoyed making quilts and enjoyed researching genealogy.
Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home, 124 Olen Thomas Dr., Clarksburg, on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 from 4-7 pm. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday at 11:00 am with Reverend Linda Muhly presiding. Interment will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery, West Milford.
