Linda L. Knotts, 75, of Mount Clare, passed away on Friday, January 10, 2025 in Bridgeport at United Hospital Center. She was born on August 30, 1949 in Fairchance, PA, a daughter of the late Jasper William Knotts and Emma Marie Brangard Knotts.
She attended South Harrison High School and loved being a homemaker until she became sick. She loved to bake and she could cook anything. She enjoyed plastic canvas, sewing, and collecting angels. She was also a member of the Mount Clare United Methodist Church where she used to sing in the choir.
She is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth “Libby” Jenkins and husband Bobby of Mount Clare, and her son, Jimmy Karlen and wife Melinda Karlen of Philippi; grandchildren, Kayla Weasenforth, Trey Karlen and Paisley Karlen; two great grandchildren, Asher Karlen and Cainen Karlen; sister, Rose Long and husband Rusty of Bridgeport, sister, Donna Cain and husband Raymond of Mount Clare and brother-in-law Rod McCoy; along with many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Jeanie McCloy, Clair Kerns, Bill Knotts, Sam Knotts, David Knotts, Kevin Knotts, Emma Davis and Caroline Knotts.
