Linda Furner Obituary

Linda Sharon Furner, 66, of Fairmont passed away on Wednesday, August 18, 2021, at Fairmont Medical Center. She was born on September 21, 1954 in Clarksburg, the daughter of the late Carl Wilbert Jackson Sr. and Louise Murphy Jackson.

Linda was a homemaker. She enjoyed going to yard sales, collecting antiques, fishing, and loved spending time with family especially the grandchildren.

Linda is survived by four sons, Harold Guy Furner Jr, Fairmont, Shaun Nelson Furner and Carisa, Lost Creek, Roy Joseph “Joey” Furner, Fairmont, Carl Henry Furner and Elizabeth, Stonewood and their father, Harold Guy Furner Sr, Wilsonburg; eight grandchildren, Andrew, Gavin, Wyatt, Saydie, Carly, Autumn, Brie, and Ziera; one sister, Jeanne Richards and Mike, Clarksburg; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by four brothers, Robert Jackson, Carl Jackson Jr, Steve Jackson, and Roy “Cork” Jackson; companion, Wayne Lemasters.
