Linda Lou (Mason) Ash

Linda Lou Ash, 79, of Clarksburg passed on Saturday, November 26, 2022 at her residence. She was born on February 2, 1943 in Farmington, WV, Daughter of late Thomas “June” Jefferson Jr. and Dona Lou Downs Mason.

Linda was a graduate of Farmington High School, Class of 1961. While in high school she was a valedictorian, Prom Queen, and a majorette. She worked in a glass factory in her teens then again in the 70s. In 1999, at the age of 56 she graduated from college with a nursing degree. She worked at Fairmont General from 1999 until she quit to take care of her daughter-in-law Wyona. She also took care of her mother Donnalou until she passed at home.

Linda is survived by her husband of 60 years Raymond F. Ash Sr.; one brother, Thomas Richard Mason; two grandchildren, Jennifer Ash and her husband Jack Booker, Jeffery Scott Ash Jr.; ten great grandchildren, Emily Dixon, Makayla Dixon, Destinee Ash, Ryan Ash, Gavin Mayle, Kaiden Mayle, Damon Booker, Legion Ash, Gemeni Ash, Kiva Ash.

In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by two sons, “R.J.” Raymond F Ash Jr, Jeffery Scott Ash Sr; one daughter-in-law, Wyona Blanche Ash; one grandson, Jacob Ryan Ash.
