Laurel Phillips Obituary

Laurel Clarice Phillips, 77, left this world to be with our Lord on March 9, 2020. Born in Moon Run, PA, she moved to Buckhannon with her husband Ronald at 21.

She fell in love with the town and its people and never left. She spent her working years caring for the elderly. She was an active member of the Full Gospel Church under the guidance of pastor Chad Lewis. She frequently shared her love for the Lord both in word and song.

Mrs. Phillips is survived by her daughter, Kathleen Phillips and her son, Timothy Phillips, both of Buckhannon, one sister, Mary Cumpston of Crescent, PA, her neice Debra Lynn Fink, her nephew John Slaughter, as well as several other neices and nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was a bright light in this world and her presence will be missed by many.
