Larry “George” Lee Hayes, Sr., 67 of Clarksburg, WV passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2025 at United Hospital Center. He was born on February 11, 1958 in Clarksburg, son of the late Ray Okey Hayes, Sr. and Betty Jean Carle Hayes.

George is survived by his three children, Larry Hayes Jr., Heather Hayes, and Amanda Sue Hayes; siblings, Tammy Hayes of West Milford, Connie Hayes and companion Russell of Clarksburg, Cathy Hayes, Ray Hayes and spouse Shirley of Clarksburg, and Roy Hayes and spouse Roberta of Clarksburg.

In addition to his parents, George is preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Kay Armstead Hayes; three siblings, Terry Littleton, Judy Ann Merritt and Susie Harris.
