Kirk Adrian Whitehead, Sr.

Kirk Adrian Whitehead Sr, 58 of Clarksburg passed away on Saturday, August 24, 2024. He was born July 15, 1966 in Chicago, IL, son of the late Hampton Cooperwood and Zenobia (Boyd) Melchor. Kirk was currently working at the Louis A Johnson VA Medical Center.  He collected baseball cards, watches, and shoes. He was a very flashy dresser and was very charismatic in everything he did. He is survived by three children, Loreal Scott, Atlanta, GA, Adreinne Christian Whitehead, Phoenix, AZ, and Kirk Adrian Whitehead Jr, Clarksburg; step children, Yolonda Patrick Robinson and Antione Myisha Slaughter; one great grandchild, Sharlie Fofana; one brother, Reggie Cooperwood, Buffalo, NY. In addition to his parents, Kirk was preceded in death by his sister, Kelli Whitehead. Davis Funeral Home and Onsite Crematory is handling the cremation and honored to serve the Whitehead family.
