Kimberly June (Raikes) Ross

Kimberly June Ross, 59, of Salem passed away on Friday, October 9, 2020 at United Hospital Center in Bridgeport.  She was born March 13, 1961 in Clarksburg, daughter of the late Donald Garth and Irene Labelle Russell Raikes.   

Kimberly was a caregiver to many over the years and worked at Harrison and Marion County Health Services. She loved spending time with the family and her four-legged companions. Her hobbies were flowers and gardening, collecting knickknacks and doing the family genealogy.  She was a member of the Full Gospel Worship Center in Bridgeport.    

Kimberly is survived by four children, Jason Raikes, Salem, Amanda Willie and husband Virgil, Palm Bay, FL, Ashley Holt and husband Michael Christian, Scott Depot and Justin Holt, Salem; one stepson, Everett Wayne Ross, Clarksburg; grandchildren, Halee and Emily Martin, and Logan Keener; one step granddaughter, Gabrielle Ross; one sister, Cathy Krupia and husband John, Clarksburg; like a daughter, Veronica Wimer, Clarksburg, and like a son, Tommy Reel, Clarksburg; and several nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.

In addition to her parents, Kimberly was preceded in death by her husband Steven E Ross on December 27, 2010; two sisters, Judith Ann Raikes and Joyce Ann Raikes.

Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home, 124 Olen Thomas Drive, Clarksburg on Monday, October 12, 2020 from 3:00 PM until time of Funeral Service at 6:00PM with Pastor Tim Maxwell and Pastor Tommy Jeffries officiating with proper distancing and face mask preferred.
