Justin Andrew Fernandez, 33, of Parkersburg formerly of West Milford passed away on Friday, September 17, 2021. Justin was born June 7, 1988 in Clarksburg, son of Shirley Kathryn Marsh Fernandez, Parkersburg, and Randall “Randy” Lee Fernandez and wife Deana Morrison Fernandez.

Justin graduated from South Harrison High School, Class of 2006. He was a custodian for the Department of Energy. Justin enjoyed video games and listening to music.

In addition to his parents, Justin is survived by one sister, Jennifer Marie Mercer and husband Jimmy and son Devin Mercer, Parkersburg; one brother, John David Osborne and Raquel Hernandez-Osborne and daughter, Jaide Osborne, Albuquerque, NM; paternal grandparents, David Lee Fernandez, Clarksburg, Sharon Joyce Gill McCloud, Clarksburg; former wife, Molly Tennant; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Justin was preceded in death by one sister in infancy; maternal grandparents, Flodden Buel Marsh and Carol June Gowers Marsh.
