Julia L. Hill-Stern

Julia L. Hill-Stern, 63, of Bridgeport, passed away on Saturday, March 29, 2025 at J. W. Ruby Memorial Hospital.  She was born on August 20, 1961 in Charleston, WV, a daughter of Joan Copeman Hill of Philippi and the late Caton N. Hill Jr.

In addition to her mother, Julia is survived by her sister, Nancy Hill of Philippi, WV; special aunt, Patty A. Gutta of Morgantown; several cousins and close friends.

Julia graduated from Philip Barbour High School, Class of 1979 and Marshall University, Class of 1983. She had previously worked at Verizon Phone Company and was currently working at the Clarksburg FBI Center. Julia enjoyed traveling, shopping and going out with her friends. She loved art and was very artistic.
