Judy Faye Lynch, 82, of Clarksburg, West Virginia, passed away peacefully at her daughters’ residence in Sorrento, FL on Friday, May 29, 2026.
She was born on October 4, 1943, the daughter of the late James Elmer Ice and Maxine Emma Valent Ice.
Judy is survived by her two daughters, Ellisa Diane Lugo and husband Alvin, Mount Dora, FL and Lori Ann Fontanez and husband James, Dola, WV; five grandchildren, Stephanie Huet, Kayla Knotts, Kelly Lambert and husband Joshua, Stacie Fortineux and husband Chris, and Alexis Swiger and husband Dillon; seven great grandchildren, Aliya, Addison, Roselynn, Skyler, Willow, Landyn, and Marshall; sister, Mary Ann Lynch of Clarksburg; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Randell Lynch; brother, James R. Ice; and one sister, Janie E. Ice.
Judy graduated from Victory High School, Class of 1961. She was the wife of the active duty military husband that took great pride in taking care of all needs at home while he was serving his country. Judy worked for Mercer Drug store for 20 years as assistant manager until her retirement. She was a member of the Lumberport Baptist Church. Her life was surrounded by time with family and being the homemaker to take care of her husband, children, and grandchildren.
Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home 124 Olen Thomas Drive (Route 98), Clarksburg, WV 26301 on Friday, June 5, 2026, from 10:00 AM until time of the Funeral Service at 12:00 Noon with Pastor Jon Hayes officiating. Interment will follow to Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, P.O.
