Judith Kay James, 74, of Oak Hill, WV passed away on Tuesday, August 4, 2020 at JW Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown. She was born April 7, 1946 in Oak Hill, the daughter of the late John McKenney and Joetta Wriston Miller.

Judith worked as a Nursing Assistant at Hill Top Nursing Home for years until her retirement. She enjoyed to bake, cook, and crotchet in her free time. Judith was a Christian and followed the teachings of Jesus Christ. Judith attended North Sand Branch Worship Center in Mount Hope, WV.

Judith is survived by her children Joyce Fawcett, of Spruce Pine, NC, Kenneth James, Jr and Lissa, of Ronda, NC, Chris James and Erin of Charleston, WV, Shawn James, of Spruce Pine, NC, and Trisha Byers, who was like a daughter, and her husband Royal ; eleven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Judith was preceded in death by her first husband, Kenneth James, Sr.; second husband, Lee Price; one brother Larry McKenney; and one sister, Linda Jennings.
