Juanita Queen Osborne

Juanita Queen Osborne, 70 of Salem WV, passed away on Sunday, October 17, 2021 at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born May 28, 1951 in Clarksburg, the daughter of the late Chester B and Ethel G Brown Queen.

Juanita is survived by her daughter, Erin Cox & her husband, Daniel of Salem, WV; two grandchildren, Calvin Brody Cox and Hailey Grace Cox; sister, Elizabeth “Betsy” Yeager, Salem; sister-in-law, Linda Osborne, Culloden, WV; nieces and nephews, Brenda Richter and Rob, Rachel Starkey and Travis, Jamie “Kristi” Yeager, Kevin Osborne, Todd Osborne, Bane Hicks and Alicia; several great nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents, Juanita was preceded in death by her husband Gary Carter Osborne whom she married on August 24, 1984 and passed away on April 3, 2017; brothers-in-law, James Yeager and Jack Osborne; sister-in-law, Judy Hicks; niece, Pamela Osborne.

Juanita graduated from Bristol High School and Clarksburg Beauty Academy. She was an accounting clerk with Dominion Gas with over thirty-nine years of service. She was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church.

The family would also like to give a special thank you to her Home Health Nurse Holly who took such great care of her with UHC Home Health.

Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home, 124 Olen Thomas Drive, Clarksburg, WV 26301 on Thursday, October 21, 2021 from 4-8PM and on Friday, October 22, 2021 from 9:30 AM until the time of service at 11:30 AM with Pastor John Freeman presiding. Interment will follow at WV National Cemetery.
