Obituary
Joseph Bowers Thomas, Jr., 55, of Clarksburg, passed away on Monday, May 1, 2023 at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital. He was born on June 5, 1967 in Fayette, WV son of the late Joseph Bowers Thomas Sr. and Jannie Washington.
Joseph is survived by his wife of twenty-nine years, Nicole Bonner Thomas whom he married May 13, 1993; two children, Joseph Bowers Thomas III and Michelle Lynn Thomas both of Clarksburg; three grandchildren, Carley Nicole Faith Thomas, Cameron Thomas, Maya Conley and Chesley Thomas.
Joseph graduated from Oak Hill High School and was a Custodian for several years. He loved to watch movies, listen to music, dance, throw BBQ’s with his friends and watch sports, especially football. He was very outgoing and could make anyone laugh. He loved is dogs and his two cats.
Family and friends will be received at Davis Funeral Home on Saturday, May 6, 2023 from 1:00pm until the time of the funeral service at 4:00pm.
