John Henry Seibel

John Henry Seibel, 77, of Lost Creek, WV passed away on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at United Hospital Center. He was born March 1, 1944 in Mount Clare, the son of the late Harry Matthew and Florence Maude Myers Seibel. John retired with over thirty-five years from the International Brotherhood of Teamsters. He collected diecast cars, coins and signs.  He enjoyed tinkering in the garage and loved spending time with his family. John is survived by his wife, Linda Marie Mealey Seibel whom he married on September 3, 1966; four children, John L Seibel and Katrina, Bridgeport, Terry M Seibel and Amy, Chantilly, VA, Darrin J Seibel, Clarksburg, LaDonna M Murphy and Joe, Lost Creek; seven grandchildren, Amanda Murphy, John “Ty” Seibel, Ashley Seibel, Megan Murphy, Zach Seibel, Samantha Seibel and Michael Seibel; three great grandchildren, Marilynn, Amelia, Harley; one sister, Mary Ellen Westfall, Clarksburg; one brother, Robert “Bob” Seibel; several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by one brother, Frank Seibel; one sister, Sarah “Helen” Sawyers. Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home 124 Olen Thomas Drive, Clarksburg, WV 26301 on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 from 2PM until time of the Funeral Service at 7:00PM with Pastor Aaron Morgan officiating.
