John Patrick Francez

John Patrick Francez, 72, of Clarksburg, passed away on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 in Fairmont.  He was born on January 14, 1953 in New Roads, Louisiana, a son of the late Louis Pierre Francez and Margaret Schnexnayder Francez.

He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Jessica Larabee Francez, whom he married on October 4, 1996.

He is also survived by three children, Katarina Larabee and Christopher Francez, and, Bridgett Slidell; one sister, Camille Breard.

John was a graduate of Slidell High School, Class of 1972.  He was employed as a Quality Control Inspector with Bombardier for many years, until his retirement in 2017.   John was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed being in the woods as well as hunting and fishing.
