John Paul Delaney

John Paul Delaney, 48 of Clarksburg passed away on Tuesday, November 15, 2022. He was born October 10, 1974 in Clarksburg, son of Joseph S and Mary Beth Merandi Delaney of Clarksburg.  He graduated from Liberty High School, Class of 1993. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a member of St James Catholic Church.  In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Jennifer J Delaney; niece, Isabella; two uncles, Michael Delaney and wife Susan, TX, Lee Delaney and wife Shannon, Hundred; Jo Ellen Crowley, Bridgeport; cousins, Josh, Alexandra, Jacob, and Leah, T.K. and Janna; special friends, Tracy Duarte and Tommy Morgan  He worked as a clerk for Kroger’s. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. James Catholic Church on Thursday, December 1, 2022 at 10:00AM with Rev. Fr. Akila Rodrigo as celebrant.
