Jeffrey Alan Fowler

Jeffrey Alan Fowler, 70, of The Villages, FL, formerly of Clarksburg, WV, passed away June 22, 2020 surrounded by his family. Born July 17, 1949, he was the son of the late George and Nina Merle Bussey Fowler.

Jeffrey attended WVU, proudly obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree. He was a dedicated U.S. Postal Inspector until his retirement in 2002. He was a terrific husband, father and friend to many.  He was an avid golfer and those who knew him knew he was a Mountaineer fan through and through.  West Virginia always held a special place in his heart.  His country road is now bringing him home to Rest Peacefully.

Jeffrey is survived by his wife of 49 years, Nancy Wilkinson Fowler; children, Marni Fowler and Alyson Fowler, sibling,  Lissa Pifer, and nephew,  Christopher Fowler.                   

In addition to his parents, Jeffrey is preceded in death by his brothers, Michael Fowler and Stephen Fowler.                 

Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home, 124 Olen Thomas Drive, Clarksburg, on Monday, June 29, 2020 from 10:00 AM until time of funeral service at 12:00PM with Pastor DJ Hoff officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
