Janet Childers Obituary

Janet Lee Childers, 83 of Bridgeport, passed away on Monday, December 6, 2019 at her residence. She was born April 25, 1936 in Kanawha County, WV; the daughter of the late Howard Davis Childers and Mildred Mason Childers.

Janet retired from C&P/Bell Atlantic Telephone Company and had a passion for gardening. She also shared her home with a very special friend Vicki Messenger.

Per Janet’s request, her body was donated to WVU Human Gift Registry.
