James "Moose" Smith Obituary

James Michael “Moose” Smith, 65, of Mount Look Out, WV passed away on Thursday, March 13, 2025 in Morgantown. He was born on March 21, 1959 in Omaha, NE a son of the late Harold Smith and Arlene Wolff Smith.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Caren Winchell, who passed away on October 27, 2024.

He is survived by his sister, Theresa Sims of Omaha, NE.

James was a graduate of Omaha Central High School and also proudly served in the United States Army. He was self-employed and enjoyed working in IT and mechanics. He enjoyed fishing, camping and traveling
