James "Jim" Edward Huff

James “Jim” Edward Huff passed peacefully Friday, April 11, 2025 at United Hospital Center with his family by his side.  He was born October 16, 1945 in Clarksburg, son of the late, James Enoch and Kathryn Belle Morrison Huff. 

Jim was enlisted in the US Army and served in the Artillery Division from 1966-1968. James also worked at Union Carbide until he retired after 45 years of service.

Jim enjoyed simple pleasures in life such as tinkering with cars in his building, he also loved to mow grass and work on mowers in his spare time.

Jim is survived by one sister, Londa McVaney and husband David of Stonewood, sister-in-law, Debra Huff of Stonewood; best friend, Tony DeMarco of Shinnston; along with several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his parents, Jim was preceded in death by his loving wife; Patty Ann Huff; two brothers; Jack Morrison and Larry E. Huff.
