Jackie Lee Lett

Jackie Lee Lett, 80, of Clarksburg passed away on Friday, September 1, 2023, at his residence. He was born on February 19, 1943, in Huntington, son of the late J Harvey and Garnett Gathel Byrom Lett.

Jackie graduated from Stonewall Jackson High School and attend North Western University. He also served his country in the United States Army during Vietnam. He was a certified Prosthetist and last worked for J.E. Hanger and he cherished what he did by giving patients their highest level of independence so they could get on with their lives. Jackie enjoyed, fishing, classic cars, car shows and music. He was an avid WVU Football fan and loved spending time with his family.   

Jackie is survived by his wife of fifty-nine years, Judith Marie Elkins Lett whom he married on April 25, 1964; two children, Mark W Lett, Shinnston, Joy Marie Fealy-Kalar and Michael, Wake Forest, NC; six grandchildren, Kiersten, Ian, Aiden, Cameron R, Camron M and Gretchen; one great grandson, Jaxon; two brothers, several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Jackie was preceded in death by two brothers.
