Herman "Eddie" Edward Talkington

Herman “Eddie” Edward Talkington, 60 of Monongah passed away at his residence on Thursday, June 28, 2018.  He was born January 31, 1958 in Canton, OH, son of the late of the Herman Willis and Virginia Lois Stealey Talkington. He was a veteran of the United States Army. Eddie was a driver for Mountain State Medical.  He is survived by one son, Kevin Edward Talkington, Shinnston; one daughter, Joanna Blare; five siblings, Larry Stealey and Marilyn, Shinnston, Marlene Payne and companion Henry Griffith, Clarksburg, Darlene Aiello, Clarksburg, Jessica Izraelski and Frank,  Blackwood, NJ, Marvin Talkington and Marla, West Palm Beach, FL; several nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two siblings, Donald Earl Talkington and Joseph Gordan Talkington.    Family will receive friends at the Davis Funeral Home in Clarksburg on Saturday, June 30, 2018 from 10am-12 noon.  Online condolences can be sent to www.davisfuneralhomewv.com.  Davis Funeral Home is honored to assist the Talkington family.
